HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS IN BULK?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE PRODUCT TO REACH ME?
Our products are shipped from Pune and would be delivered to your doorsteps in 7 working days.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return by reaching out to us on info@shaya.in and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. For return policy, please refer to the information below.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT TO SHAYA?
Only in cases where the products delivered to you are incorrect, damaged or defective, do we consider return requests. You would need to notify us of the same within 48 hours after you receive the product. We would need clear pictures either sent to us on mail or whatsapp to raise a ticket regarding this for refund approval. The refund would be done to the original source account in 10 working days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF SHAYA DELIVERS TO MY PINCODE?
You can check on the product page only. Just type the pincode in the “Check Delivery” box and you will get to know if we deliver to your pincode.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive messages on your registered mobile no. and email about the status of your order. You can also check it on our website under “My Order” section. Once you order on our website, you will receive message about the order confirmation and the expected delivery date of your order, along with tracking link. You can anytime track the order status.
WITHIN WHAT DURATION DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE RETURN REQUEST?
These are non-returnable products. If any refund is approved the refund would be credited to the original source account in 10 working days.
